Appliqué by hand is a specialized needlework technique in which patterns are created by the attachment of smaller pieces of fabric to a larger piece.

The hand blanket stitching is so fine and evenly done that only expert artisans were selected, Trapunto technique, in Italian means “to embroider,” and in Latin it means “to prick with a needle”, otherwise known as “stuffed applique” adds a 3-dimensional appeal to the buds. Note that even napkins are beautifully finished with 6 trapunto buds.

Yellow roses are usually used as an expression of exuberance. Yellow roses show sunny feelings of joy, warmth, and sometimes generosity. They are symbols of friendship and caring.
